Information you send us
When you send the consultation form, we receive your name, your phone number, your email address if you enter one, your preferred language, what you write about what happened, and whether you agreed to receive text messages.
When you call us or text us, we receive the information you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
The company that hosts this website keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type, and the date and time of each request. The host keeps these logs under its own privacy policy.
This website does not set advertising cookies and does not use visitor analytics. Google content on this website may set its own cookies, as described below.
When you choose a language with the EN, ES or 한국어 links, this website sets a cookie that remembers your choice for one year, so that the pages stay in that language. You can remove it by clearing this website's data in your browser.
Pages with the consultation form set a security cookie that lets our server check that the form was sent from this website. It holds a random value, not information about you, and it is deleted when you close your browser.
Services from other companies
Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, and the Contact page shows a Google map. When your browser loads them, Google receives your IP address and may set its own cookies. Through this content, Google may collect information about your online activity over time and across different websites. We do not control this. Google's privacy policy applies to that information.
How we use your information
We use the information you send to respond to your request, to decide whether we can help with your matter, and to keep a record of our communications with you.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for advertising.
Who receives it
Form requests are delivered to our firm by email and may be kept in a list in our Microsoft 365 account. The companies that host this website, handle its form, and provide our email, phone and file storage services process this information for us.
If you become a client, we use and share your information as needed to handle your matter.
We may also disclose information when the law requires it.
Text messages
If you check the text message box on our form, Pacific Liberty Law, APC will send text messages to the mobile number you gave us about your request and your case: replies to your questions, appointment reminders, requests for documents, and updates. We do not send advertising by text.
We use your mobile number and your text message consent to send these messages and to keep a record of your choice.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. Reply HELP for help, or call 877-765-9080.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We do not sell mobile phone numbers or text message consent. The companies that provide services to us, such as the company that delivers our text messages, process this information only on our behalf. All other categories of sharing described on this page exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
The full terms are on the SMS Terms page.
How long we keep it
We keep the information for as long as we need it for the purposes above and to meet our legal and professional obligations.

We do not collect information about what you do on other websites. This website does not change how it works when your browser sends a Do Not Track signal. Google content on this website is described under “Services from other companies.”
Children
This website is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them through it.
